The practice oversees the project from the initial site visit through to the completion of the works. We design in Noto and the Val di Noto, where landscape restrictions and the historic fabric of the area are not obstacles to be circumvented: they are the very material we work with.

Project
Site inspection, feasibility assessment and advice on local regulations. Architectural design and modelling using BIM, ensuring that drawings, quantities and cost estimates remain consistent right through to completion.

Authorisations
CILA, SCIA, planning permission, landscape authorisation. Direct liaison with the local council, the Superintendency and the Civil Engineering Department. Access to PNRR calls for proposals and public grants where the project meets the eligibility criteria.

Construction site
Project management, accounting and liaising with the contractor until the project is completed. Where the site allows, this can also be done remotely: those who live far away need not miss out on oversight.
3D visualisation
Every project is presented in photorealistic images before construction begins.
A rendering isn’t just for decorative purposes: it’s a verification tool. It helps you choose a type of stone, the dimensions of an opening or the shade of plaster when changing your mind still costs nothing.
The visualisations are calculated using the actual light conditions at the site — orientation, season, time of day — because here, light is half the design. We produce exterior and interior views, landscape insertions and sequences showing how one moves through the spaces.
These plans serve two purposes: for the client, to make decisions based on what they see rather than what they imagine; and for the relevant authorities, where a precisely rendered landscape integration shortens the planning process.
